Hi Usha,
NMMS is an national level scholarship exam which is organised centrally but still the coordinators are all states amd union territories.
In this exam only those obc/sc/st candidayes are eligible to avail this scholarship who fulfil the following eligibility criterias:-
1.must pass class 8th with atleast 60-55%
2.family income not more than 1.5 lakhs per annum
3.must be a regular enrolled student
4.not a student of nvs,kvs or any private schools
So, if you fulfil all these criteria then you are eligible for this scholarship with your own state government scheme.
In this, you are annually given a amount of rupees 12000.
Also, to continue this scholarship for further higher studies you must have to score atleast 55% in your 10th level as well.
