Dear aspirant,
Since collage name is not mentioned, so specific detail cannot be given. In general during the time of fee payment you must have received the receipt or college brochure which would have mentioned the refund policy . Kindly go through the brochure as every college has their own refund policy . You can also ask the college administration about the fee refund policy while depositing the fees .
However there is no such division of fee reimbursement on basis of local students or non locals students. Whatever would be the fee refund policy it would be applicable to all .
