Hello student you can register for JKCET application through the official link mentioned below
https://jkbopee.gov.in/
Eligibility - candidates must be a permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir
Qualification eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board
10% relaxation for SC /ST
