hi reshmi saji,
no - by not joining the alloted college in keam allotment wont effect your admission as its up to you which college you want to take and its okay if you dont end up taking a college in allotment. it wont affect your medical course in india. you can choose any college you want in any allotment whichever you like.
all the best
There allotment is done based on merits but the choice is absolutely your only whether to join an organisation or institutions or not. No body could ever force you neither its imperative to go woth it. The decision is truly yours and is the ultimate one.
There shouldn't be any problem as such. Every counselling allows you to withdraw your seat. It is a normal thing as students are participating in multiple allotment/counselling simulataneously. So, they have to leave all seats except theone which they finalize
