If you are wondering why this happens, let me help you there. In today's environment, practical knowledge is most important above any other theoretical knowledge. To promote practical knowledge, in many, institutes and universities and boards, the number of practical subjects are increased. Also, in engineering now the practical subjects increased and other subjects are decreased to promote practical knowledge.
