Students who wish to seek after M.Sc. in Data Science should hold a Bachelor's certification in relevant discipline or equivalent from a recognized university. For admission to this course, students are needed to clear the cutoff percent set by the respective College or University in the selection test.
If you fulfill the above criteria then sure you can go proceed with MSc in data science.

Eligibility for MSc data science is : BCA/ B.Sc in relevant discipline, BE/ B.Tech with atleast 50% aggregate (can vary according to college/university).
You can also go for certification/diploma courses in Data science or machine learning offered by many prestigious colleges like IIM Bangalore, Delhi University, etc.
