Yes, after earning your bachelor's degree in history, you can pursue a master's degree in political science. You should, however, inquire about the accompanying marks criteria; an entrance fee may be added on, as most universities do. However, while working on your MA, you should take some political science undergrad classes to have a deeper understanding of the topic, particularly in your area of interest. If political theory is your field, learn Greek while you're at it. Biases exist in translators, and these biases influence how they translate.
