Neet 2020 is going to held in month of September. You are getting 250 marks out of 720. You still have approx 20 -25 days left before exam. Now, if you focus on those sections and chapters which are easy and has a good weightage in exam, you can surely increase your score in neet. Try chapters of physics and chemistry like motion in plane, shm, s and p block, thermodynamics, etc. These chapters are easy and has a good weightage in exam. If you select more easy topics and read their important theory and formulas, you can get good marks in these sections by attempting previous year questions.
Believe in yourself, nothing is impossible. You just have to select right topics. Do your best, study hard. If you do these things i am sure that you can atleast get 450 marks or more based on your preparation.

Neet exam is on 13th September and there is little time left so now you should not read something new but you should make your weak subjects stronger by reading what you have read again and again
You can try to solve 5-6 previous year papers and read the topics that are repeated again and again as there is high probability of getting them repeat again and you should review your mistake try to correct them like if you are forgetting something so try to learn it again and again.
Don't stress out just feel confident that you can do it
