Now I am in 12 so should I start the coaching for clat ?? I am totally confused. Plzz help me
Though you can't join any coaching class, you can get good score by proper time table.
If you join amy coaching class you kust waste your money and also 5 to 6 hour daily.
I suggest you not to join any class and focus on what you have.
Best of Luck
CLAT exam is expected in the May month so this is right time to start your preparation. So you can say you have approx 6 months left including the exam month.
- You should start with preparing a time table.
- Know about it topics and exam pattern, marking scheme, negative marking and etc.
- You should have previous year CLAT papers and a review of it is very important. You can download it from here .
- Legal Aptitude is one of the important section, so focus on it. Questions can come from legal areas of Law of Torts, Law of Contracts and Criminal law and legal GK, the compositions may change each year.
- Stregthen your grammar with basics. Read english newspaper and english magazines on a regular basis.
- Learn few new words every day, including their synonyms and antonyms. This will help you in understanding the comprehension thoroughly.
- Keep yourself updated with current affairs, news and happening all around. Newspapers and watchinh news channel is the right way to keep a track on it.
- Get a hold on elementary maths till class 10th. Questions on percentage, profit and loss, simple interest compound Interest, average & mixture, time and work, and probability etc can be asked.
- There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks so keep a good hold on mocks. Practice mocks and tests before you consider your preparation as final. Analyse your results and know which area/s you should work upon.
Good Luck.
