I hope you are doing fine, Well you can pursue two courses at a time and that is legal but there are some criteria that you must follow. One of the course should be from distance learning while the other should be your regular course. As you said you are currently pursuing BA History Hons. and want to do another course simultaneously. so in order to do that you must chose the course as a Distance Learning from Platforms like IGNOU.
