NTS examination is only for students studying in class 10th. Since you're in class 12th and are interested in applying for a scholarship exam, you can write KVPY 2019 . Read the KVPY Eligibility Criteria 2019 in detail before applying. The online registration for the same will begin in the last week of July, 2019.

Sorry to say you that NTSE form is only eligible for the students who have passed 10th or is apperlaing for 10th.  According to this eligibility criteria mam, you are not able to fill the ntse form.
