Now I'm 12th and I want to do CA and my question is after 12th Can I do b.com along with CA or Only CA??

Yes you can
But it all depends on how well you manage both.
And also depends
on
your time schedule.
Well, it's difficult but not impossible. if you are interested in it, it will be easier for you.And please remember that your graduation study should not be neglected.So please do not ignore that study.
You have to make a timetable, then utilize your time accordingly.And see If you are preparing for CA then most importantly you will be very beneficial, if you do time management from now on.

Yes. after your 12th, You can do a BCom and CA together. And, There's no problem in doing that.
As per the new regulations of the ICAI, any student who has cleared CA must also be a graduate, not as a matter of discretion but as a matter of rule.
The syllabus offered by most of the BCom colleges in India is same as the curriculum of Chartered Accountancy Syllabus. So, there is the advantage of getting two degrees simultaneously without going in two separate directions.
