Dear Hina,

You can apply for the following fellowships:

1. Dr. Manmohan Singh Scholarship – this is for continuing studies in University of Cambridge.

2. Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan – this for students of all commonwealth countries including India for completing higher education in UK.

3. Sir Ratan Tata Scholarships.

4. Rhodes Scholarship- this is extremely competitive and awarded to only 5 students annually.

5. Erasmus Mundus- They have special scholarships for non-EU residents to study in EU.

Apart from these, there are several Indian government scholarhips which could be suitable for you, if you are appearing 12th board. You could use those to further your education in build a stronger resume for getting selected abroad. This could be useful since the number of scholarships for undergraduate studies abroad are in general pretty limited. Hence please go through the following.1. DST inspire fellowshipInnovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research (INSPIRE) is a scholarship of 80,000 per year disbursed in the form of a monthly stipend of five thousand rupees for students pursing doctoral studies in sciences- basic and applied. This scheme offers twelve thousand scholarships annually and the eligibility criteria are the following:a) Students who are among the top 1% in twelfth board and are pursuing undergraduate or integrated graduate courses in natural and basic sciences.b)  Students who have secured within top 10,000 ranks in JEE-Main or who have secured top 10,000 rank in NEET  and who also opt to study Natural and Basic sciences leading to graduate and post-graduate degree.c) Students admitted to Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Basic Sciences (DAE-CBS) at the University of Mumbai and who have cleared the internal eligibility criterions of these institutions.d) Students who happen to be Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY), or National Talent Search Examination (NTSE), or Jagadish Bose National Science Talent Search (JBNSTS) scholars and pursue an undergraduate or integrated master’s degree in science. There is no separate examination, instead the interested candidates must apply online following the guidelines mentioned here: http://www.inspire-dst.gov.in/guidelineforSHE_Online.pdf.2.  Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University StudentsSince 2008 this scheme provides partial financial assistance to the meritorious students having a family income of less than Rs.6 lakh per annum. 82000 scholarships per year (41000 for boys and 41000 for girls) are provided as per this scheme every year.Students who are above 80th percentile in their stream from a particular Board of Examination in class XII and pursuing regular course are eligible to apply under this Scheme. The scholarship is for maximum five years and provides Rs. 10,000/- per annum for the first three years and Rs. 20,000/- per annum for the fourth and fifth year. The Class XII pass out students of academic year 2015 onwards are required to apply online through the National Scholarship portal http://www.scholarships.gov.in/ .For more details, click here: Guidelines - (118 KB)

Well you didn't mention which board exam you are appearing in, so I suppose it to be 12th board. Since you want to study in abroad, you can fill various scholarships forms which provide scholarship to the students who score good marks in scholarship test. Some of the common scholarships are:

Inlaks shivdasani Foundation scholarships

Aichi scholarship program for Asian students in Japan

Silk Road scholarship program at Seoul National University

India Global leaders scholarship

Apart form these, you can also apply for various scholarships test which helps Indian students for further studies in abroad.

Good luck!
