Hello candidate,

After the partition of Telangana from Andhra Pradesh both States have adopted the policy of providing 85% reservation in their state funded colleges for the domicile holder candidates. According to this rule, for example- the colleges which come under the places ruled by the Telangana government will get provide special benefit to the student which come under the districts rule by the Telangana government and 85% reservation policy is applicable only for those students and students from Andhra Pradesh will be considered as other state candidates and will have to compete in the rest 15% quota from all India category to get admission in in the colleges from Telangana.

Hope you found it helpful.
