Now they are taking online classes students have no mobile phone to attend classes. so, please cancel online classes or give free mobile to all students.

I can understand your problem. But nowadays everything depends on online because of this pandemic situation. And the authority is helpless in this matter for this they are doing like this. But if have any problem then send them mail or tell the authority, here we can not do anything on this matter.
