Good to hear that you are thinking out of the box and trying to go abroad for pursuing higher studies. I advice you to first decide which field you want to study in and then check out the various universities you can apply in. I want to inform you that the criteria for selection is different for different colleges and this might be different from the education system in India so you should think everything accordingly.
