Government Medical Colleges do not have NRI Quota. 15% of the seats are filled through All India Counselling and 85% of the seats are filled through State Counseling. The Private Medical Colleges have 10% of the seats allotted for NRI Quota. So you can apply for these seats. But for them as well, you need to appear for NEET. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
