NTA score 14 ,what is my percentile??? and which college is allotted

You have a predictive percentile of around 24.23 - 27.25 . If I assume the maximum percentile then you will have a rank around 744232 - 836625 .

Now with this rank you are not going to get any government institute if you are GEN, GEN-EWS, OBC. If you are SC, ST then also you have very less chances. Only if you are a PWD then you can get a government college.

So depending on your locations and state you have to select private engineering colleges that accept JEE MAINS SCORE and you can get that through the JOSAA counselling provided you must have a aggregate of 75% (atleast) in 10+2.
