Try using different mobile browsers like UC and Opera mini if you are surfing through mobile.

Also try clearing the cache and cookies on existing browser, take a deep breath and try again with a place with good Internet connection.

Anf if you are using pc then also try clearing the cookies and history and clearing all the jammed cache.

It will help you in more better way.
