NTSE Jharkhand 2019 cutoff will be released by Jharkhand Academic Council in the first week of march. It would be difficult to predict the cutoff as this year cutoff is expected to show change due to change in the exam patern. You can go through the link below for reference

Hey Namrata.

The cut off for qualifying NTSE Stage 2 from Jharkhand in the previous year was a score of 113.  The score was out of 150 though. The cut off varies each year due to various factors like Competition, no of candidates, maximum marks etc. This year the maximum marks are 200 instead of 150. Hence you can expect a similar cut off in this range out of 200.
