Hello,

Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training, also known as NTT is a 1 year diploma course. The aim of the course is to offer training to the nursery (pre-primary) level teachers which will eventually help in improving the overall quality of education at pre primary level and improving the quality of education. The eligibility criteria for this course requires a candidate to pass the 12th or equivalent examination in any stream with 50% marks.

NPTT stands for Nursery and Primary Teacher Training. It is also a certification or diploma course after which one is eligible to become a teacher at the nursery and primary level. The eligibility criteria for this course requires a candidate to pass the 12th or equivalent examination in any stream with 50% marks.

For government jobs, you can apply for teachers post but only when vacancy will be out for NTT and NPTT. Also, i would suggest you to pursue graduate course.

I hope this helps.
