Indian Nursing Council has framed a draft to allow students from all streams to apply for four years BSc Nursing program  and to discontinue diploma programs in nursing from next year onwards,candidates passes 10+2 with 45% shall be eligible for this, but this is yet to be implemented,so unless this happens those from arts background cannot apply for BSc Nursing.
