Obc certificate is for people belongs to oc backward people and bc certificate for bc caste people ,you need to submit caste certificate of your caste If your belongs to oc backwards then obc is valid and if your belongs to bc then you need to submit bc certificate only because in counseling based on your caste cutoff rank takes place so submit your caste certificate ,
