obc ncl ka certificate hu bahu josaa duara jari format me hi hona chahiye ya kisi bhi sdm / dm duara jari central format ko bhi jossa / iit man leti hain.

JOSAA always issues the format of the required documents beforehand the counseling starts. It also issues the format of OBC-NCL certificate. You must have seen in the top that it is written-"FORM OF CERTIFICATE TO BE PRODUCED BY THE OTHER BACKWAR CLASSES APPLYING FOR ADMISSION TO CENTRAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS(CEIs), UNDER THE GOVT. OF INDIA "
The normal format of OBC-NCL certificate issued online by SDM/DM by the state govt. may or may not be acceptable in JOSAA counseling. So it is safe for you to follow the issued format of the certificates by JOSAA to avoid any problems.
