Hello aspirant,to be eligible for appearing JEE Advanced you first need to qualify JEE Mains.
Last year the cutoff mark for JEE Advanced was:
General:90 marks
OBC-NCL:81 marks
But every year the cutoff changes.

But only qualifying the JEE Advanced doesn't give surity about your admission in IIT's,it solely depends on the rank you secured in it.Try to score 160-170+ to be on a safer side .To get branches like CSE,ECE in old IIT's your OBC rank need to be under 500.
Hope this helps!
