As I have seen last year cut-offs for OBC is in-between 99 to 130 and as of now according to akash, cut-offs for 2020 are like 107 to 133 for OBC students.
.
As you have scored more then required mark's you can apply for Colleges in government as well as in private. But before selecting a Particular college do check for its cutoffs as cutoffs varies from college to college
.
