Caste certificate is the most important document which you need if you are applying for Category Rank in any Competitive Exam.
In your case, the OBC- NCL certificate must be of the prescribed format as suggested in the NEET- UG guidelines. The signature of the official must confirm that you are a domicile/ residential of the Area when you apply for any particular Category.
