Venu, AP MBBS Seats are categorised into AU,SVU and OU areas. You need to be a locale of that area. Now we do not have Gender specific NEET 2019 date yet. Neverthless, in 2018 under State quota, the cut offs for General Category for various areas have been as follows:

AU: 533

SVU: 517

OU: 526

Now cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no,of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. for 2020, your should target for atleast 575 - 600 for a seat under General Category.
