You stand at a very critical stage.But based on past year cutoff there 99 percent chance that you may get a government medical college under all india quota but its 100 percent that you will get a government medical college under state quota.
It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc

Let me be clear the cutoff has increased so instead of getting a good marks chances are less in practical situation. Though you may get a seat in government colleges there are chances in BDS also. You have chances in private medical colleges also. This year it's all about rank not marks
