on 5th November 2020 Karnataka examination authority has allowed to download the verification slip of uploaded documents . But some students are not able to download the slip even though their name is in eligibility list.

I hope you are doing well.
You see there can be a bit of overload on the server or a few technical issues that the server is facing. The technical team will be working on this so try to login after a few hrs perhaps or a day. If u still face the issue it would be advisable to contact the authorities in charge as they can help you out with other options if necessary.
