Divya, the admit card will still be valid. This is because like JEE, NEET is not beiing conducted in phases. This is the same exam for Candidates who missed attending due to either being tested positive for the virus or were from containment zones. And this is an opportunity exam and not a phase exam. So the admit card stands valid. Do not worry about it.

But I haven't submitted any documents for retest to NTA ? ... Am I eligible to give retest

You dont need to submit any documents.

Hi , as per the recent notice released on October 12 ,2020 NTA has announced for the condution of meet phase 2 on 14 October 2020 for those who were not able to appear for NEET phase 1 exam due to any reason. And the result of both the best exam i.e of 13 September and 14 October will be announced on 16 October together.
