Certificate is verified is a good status. But once any college agrees to take you under Delhi University then only you will see the option of college remarks. Then you have to take the option i.e., you will take admission in that college or not. If you agree to take admission in that college , the link of payment will be availed to you and thus the provisional admission will get completed.

I will request you to take some patience and wait a little and I think you will get the remarks and else.
