Hi,

As a event manager you have to arrange weddings, birthday parties, talent hunt and reality shows, fashion and cultural shows, academic and sports meets, religious functions, corporate events, conferences and so on this field requires lots of creativity and hard work there is no fix time for the work. As a fresher you can only get 10k-15k.

In banking sector you have so many choices such PO, financial analysts, account manager,SO, law officer, agricultural field officer. The average salary that bank get is 30k.the average time you have to invest in time in bank is 8to 9 hours.

Hello,

Actually this have no comparison.

Event management is a completely different profession from banking.

Now you can do one of them absolutely from your own choice.

In both cases you can grow your work experience and make the money.

So rest is your choice.

Hope for the best.

Thank you.
