Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement. As you belong to reserved category .

Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. As you have got 582 marks so you have a good chance for getting the seat in government college.

See it is little bit difficult to suggest that whether you will get seat in any medical college or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends in Rajasthan then there are good chances for you to get management seat in some of the GMCs, the reason being is last year the lowest cut-off marks was 548 for Government Medical College, Dungarpur under Home State quota for EWS category.

Now if we talk about All India Quota seats then only in Central universities seats are being reserved for EWS and on such marks it is quite difficult to get any of the central university even with your reservation category.
