Hi Amit Yadav,AIPVT counselling is conducted for filling the 15% All India Quota seats reserved in all government colleges,the 15% of the total seats from each college will be filled on the basis of common entrance examination except Jammu and Kashmir. The eligible candidates will be shortlisted for AIPVT 2019 on the basis of All India Rank secured in NEET exam,Only If you register yourself online you will be eligible to appear for AIPVT 2019 counselling.Good luck
