If you are asking about admission to the MBBS Course, admission is done on the basis of marks in the NEET UG entrance exam.
NEET UG exam is conducted for admission to MBBS and BDS course in the country (except AIIMS and JIPMER).
Three medical entrance exams are conducted for admission to the MBBS course-
NEET UG
AIIMS MBBS
JIPMER.
