Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. Once NEET results have been announced and the DGHS releases the merit list, online registration for All India Counselling will be notified. Any Candidate who has qualified in NEET can participate in All India Counselling. The qualifying cut off for General Category is 50 percentile of top NEET score and it is 40 percentile for OBC,SC,ST. There is no minimum rank per se. The rank in the merit list is determined by your Category, marks scored in NEET and tie breaking situations. There will be Round 1 and Round 2 and a Mop up Round that will be conducted at all India Counselling. So any body who has scored the qualifying marks can participate in All India Counselling. In NEET all India counselling is done on the basis of percentile , and not on the basis of rank.
Candidates who will obtain minimum of 50th percentile in open category, 40th percentile in SC/ST/OBC category and 45th percentile for physically handicapped child.
These are the eligibility percentile to get qualified for all India counselling.
