For preparation of General Knowledge for AIIMS MBBS exam, you should read newspaper daily and stay updated with the recent happenings. Focus on Current Affairs especially from the science section.
Aptitude and Logical Thinking section will include riddles and mathematical questions from the topics such as profit and loss. You can refer to the following book-
