R is your rydgberg constant whose value is 1.1×10^7/m,it depends upon mass ,charge of electron,planks constant, speed of light ,permittivity.
R=2pi^2mk^2e^4/h^3c
You can calculate yourself by equating emerry from the formula E=-ke (ze)/2r,and then substituting it with r and v with mvr=nh/2pi.
Then E2-E1,then solve. Thank you
