one is a holder of 1538 rank can she get any college in kolkata for Nursing??? She is allotted in International institute of Nursing and research in kalyani , ao please tell me if any chance of upgradation

Hi. The college allotted to a student depends on many factors, which includes the number of students in the examination, number of seats available in a particular category, highest marks obtained by students in a particular category, etc. If you are not satisfied with the college, you can apply for up gradation (without having to leave that seat). In that way even if you don't get a seat in a preferred college of choice, you still have the previous college.
