As per the eligibility criteria of AIBE XV (15) 2020, the candidate applying for AIBE XV (15) 2020 must be a graduate in law while satisfying the other eligibility conditions. As you have already mentioned that your friend had passed LLB then he is eligible to apply for AIBE. For All India bar council exam, the BCI has not mentioned any minimum marks criteria for appearing in the exam. There is no age limit restriction as such. The candidates must be 3 year or 5 year LLB graduate from a recognized BCI institute. They must be registered as an advocate with the state bar council.
