It's not possible for changing colleges because that includes paying money of the entire duration of the course to the present college. Let's say you want to change your college from A to B. Now because A is losing out on a potential candidate for the entire duration of the course, you have to pay A the entire fees. And also you have to pay B the course fees from there on. And B should have the same branch that you studied in A and B should be willing to take your admission. For this you need to get in touch with the college administration.
