Medical fitness certificate is a document that certifies you as being fit or competent to engage in a particular work activity. Visit your nearest primary health Centre or any government hospital. You can consult the medical officer there and he will help you get the certificate after checking your weight, Blood group, eyesight etc. Bette, if you get it through government hospital as authenticity matters.
