You haven't mentioned the name of the university in which you're seeking admission for BPharm, the release date of application form isn't same for all, moreover the admission process varies as it can be based on the merit of the qualifying examination such as DIPSAR, Delhi or done through entrance tests,

for example in Jamia Hamdard Delhi the entrance test scores of NEET are accepted for admission, similarly there are BITSAT, MITCET, KCET, OJEE, WBJEE, KEAM, GUJCET, AP EAMCET, TS EAMCET to name a few,
