I am diploma student..how can complete the full syllabus of 1st and 2nd year only 3 months?

Check previous year papers. You will get to know the topics that carry weightage. study them well. Also check the other subjects. 3 months is enough if you study well unless you think of syllabus in terms of years. Break the subjects and start studying diligently. You should get very good marks.
