Hello aspirant, according to the eligibility criteria of TSICET, if the your qualifying degree is obtained from distance learning modes. Then it should have a recognition from the joint committee of UGC, AICTE, and DEC. So, if your degree satisfies the above requirement, then you can apply for the exam. But before that, also check the other eligibility criteria: 1. Candidate must be an Indian national, also they should satisfy the local/non-local status requirements. 2. Graduation should be completed from a recognised university, and with a duration of 3 year minimum. 3. You should have secured 50% marks in your qualifying examination. Also, there is 5% relaxation for the reserved category. 4. If you are appearing for your final year examination, you can apply for TS ICET 2019. 5. There is no age limit for this examination.

Also, important to note that your online application forms has been released from March 11, 2019 onwards. And the last date to apply for the entrance examination is May 3, 2019 without any late fee.
