opening and closing ranks are seen on basis of category ranks in josaa rank list..Am I right sir?

Hi,
Yes,
the jossa provide the opening and closing rank for each round category wise.
For general category candidates or those who want to apply under the general category tue overall rank of candidate is considered.
For the reserved category the category rank of tge candidate is considered.
