In answer to your question, There are no opening and closing ranks for admissions in MBBS through NEET 2018.
Please consider these points for cut off marks for NEET 2018,
- 0 - 119 a candidate getting these marks is not eligible for admission in MBBS.
- 120 - 300 a candidate getting these marks will be eligible for admission in Deemed University under state quota.

300 - 450
a candidate getting these marks will be eligible for admission in
Private Medical colleges
under state quota.

450 - 550
a candidate getting these marks will be eligible for admission in
Government Medical College
under state quota.
-
550 >
a candidate getting these marks will get
Government Medical College
under both AIR and State quota.
