opening or closing rank mein crl rank dekhi jati hai ya category rank??i'am very confused. please solve my confusion.,

Opening and closing rank includes common rank list (CRL), however during counselling procedure if you belong to any reserved category then your category rank will be considered for admission. And for this you need to submit your caste certificate, if you fail to do so then you will be considered a general category student and will be given admission on the basis of CRL.
