yes!! othe state persons can attend the TNEA but the Anna University has diifrent eligibilty criteria and procedure for specific states , along with that University demands few requiremnts like having minimum of score marks in 10th as well as +2.
while comes to eligibility criteria will be annonced soon i.e will be in the month of May kindly stay update to TNEA official Site
